When thinking about how to showcase your results, consider the impact of your actions, even if you haven’t had a formal job yet. Maybe you improved a process during your internship, project, or volunteering role. Did you contribute to a team’s success, help raise funds for an event, or find ways to make things more efficient? Think about the ways you helped things run smoothly.
