Refund Policy

At eLearning Education, we are committed to helping you achieve measurable growth. We stand by our coaching services, and with our No Risk Promise, we offer the following:

1.    No Risk Promise

We believe in the positive impact of our coaching sessions. If you do not see noticeable improvement within 14 days, we’ll offer a full refund. We’re confident that our guidance will help you develop the skills to reach your goals, but if you're not satisfied, we’ll make it right with no questions asked.

2.    Client Responsibility

It's essential that all coaching sessions are completed consistently within the specified timeframe. If a session is missed, it is the client’s responsibility to reschedule or notify us promptly.

3.    Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you feel that our services are no longer required, you may opt to cancel or transfer your remaining credit to any other mentorship service we offer. Please note that no refunds will be issued if services are cancelled after the package has started, but you can reassign the credit to a different service at no additional charge.

4.    Late Cancellation Fees

We understand that life happens. However, to respect the time and commitment of both parties, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a late cancellation fee of R100 per session. This fee will be deducted from your remaining credit balance.
