IMPORTANT POLICIES for CLIENTS

Welcome to eLearning Education! We are committed to providing excellent service to help you thrive. To partner effectively with you, there are a few important policies that apply to all eLearning Education services.


What you can expect from your coach:

 

  • Your coach will always be punctual, professional, and prepared for sessions. If, for any reason, your coach is not meeting your expectations, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • At the first session, your coach will conduct a brief Needs Analysis to better understand your goals and how to support you effectively.


What you can expect from eLearning Education:

 

  • We value your feedback and will reach out regularly to ensure satisfaction.

  • You can contact us by email or phone if you have any concerns or feedback.

  • We will aim to respond to your inquiries within 24 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00).


Communication with your coach:

  • Please contact your coach directly if you need to reschedule any sessions. It’s important that this communication is acknowledged.

  • If you wish to resume sessions after a break, please reach out to us to arrange a suitable time.

  • We ask that all communication regarding coaching remains within the structure of eLearning Education to ensure ethical business practices.


How coaching packages work:

 

  • Packages are designed to be completed within the agreed-upon time frame. For example, a 4-session package is valid for 4 weeks.

  • Monthly packages must be completed within 4 weeks from the start date, including during holiday periods if necessary.

  • Any additional sessions beyond the purchased package will be invoiced separately.

  • When purchasing a new package, please contact us before your current package ends to ensure continuity of your coaching sessions.


Lesson cancellations:


If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide a 24-hour notice. In emergencies, a 2-hour notice is acceptable.


Payment:

 

  1. Full payment for your coaching package is due before sessions begin. If payment is not received prior to the first session, the session will need to be rescheduled.

  2. Payments should be made via EFT, direct deposit or payment links. 

  3. If a third party is funding your coaching, you remain responsible for payment.


Seeing results:

 

  • To achieve the best outcomes, you should dedicate additional time outside of your coaching sessions for practice and personal development. Your coach can advise you on effective methods.

  • Remember, progress takes time and consistent effort. We recommend that you continue your sessions for at least two terms to evaluate effectiveness.


Refund policy:

 

  • Once a coaching package has begun, no refunds will be issued. If you wish to discontinue services, a 50% cancellation fee and an admin fee may apply.

  • Reactivation fees may apply if lessons are resumed after an extended period of inactivity.


Indemnity:

 

  • eLearning Education is committed to delivering quality services, and we offer a 14-day refund if no improvement is seen. However, beyond this period, eLearning Education is not liable for refunds if the service does not meet your expectations.

  • eLearning Education is not liable for any damages or harm that may arise during the provision of our services, including activities outside of coaching sessions. We encourage you to practice what you learn and take responsibility for your progress.


Privacy:
 

  • By engaging with eLearning Education services, you consent to us sharing your personal information (name, contact details, academic information, etc.) to ensure proper service delivery.

  • You agree to keep any personal information about the coach confidential and not share it with third parties.
